Through the inspection, we found the crane setup as the following:
1-Hook capacity 80 T (With serial No.:333-904-6125)
2-Auxiliary hook is not connected so it is prohibited under this certificate.
3-Luffing jib WERE not connected so it is prohibited under this certificate.
4-The manufacturer’s instructions must be followed when performing lifting operations and choosing the appropriate COUNTERWEIGHT.
5-When the inspection was done, there were six parts of the line; depending on the type of rope 25mm (Anti-rotate wire rope), the crane capacity would be 75 tons as the capacity of each (1 part line = 12.5 tons).
6-Super lift jib has been inspected and its in good condition.
7-Generally, the crane is in good condition.

Recommendations
• The manufacturer’s instructions must be followed when performing liftingoperations
• Daily inspection of mechanical parts is very important and the equipmentmust be stopped if any indication of mechanical failure appears.
